Introduction to a Family-Centered Coaching Toolkit

Building on best practices from a range of fields, the Prosperity Agenda’s Family-Centered Coaching toolkit is a set of strategies, tools and resources to help coaches engage holistically with families. The toolkit targets any type of coach or case manager working with low-income individuals and families. It’s built on the premise that rather than coaching on any one aspect of life, coaches must address the whole family and adapt to families’ own goals to achieve positive outcomes. Join us as we review the toolkit’s components, and practice techniques using a few tools in the toolkit.
