The Challenge…
Diana was laid off from her job of 11 years after funding cuts impacted her company. After losing her job, Diana paid as much of her mortgage as she could before she was in need of assistance.
The Solution…
Action Inc, thanks to Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) funding and a partnership with the local municipality, provided two months of mortgage assistance so that Diana and her 17-year-old could stay in their home. Diana was actively interviewing for jobs when she met with us.
She is now employed again, earning enough to cover her mortgage and household expenses.
