Carrie did not have enough money for the security deposit on an apartment. She was previously homeless and had finally found an apartment that she could afford – however, she did not have sufficient savings to cover the $2,300 security deposit.

Action Inc. staff worked with Carrie to access security deposit funds offered through a local funder so she could make this security deposit payment and move into an apartment of her own.
