The following materials on the concept and implementation of ROMA were distributed at the on-location training sessions conducted at Massachusetts CAAs for the boards of directors. Training sessions were presented by the Rensselaerville Institute, a research and education organization, and sponsored by the state Department of Housing and Urban Development.
