Members of MASSCAP provide a wide variety of programs addressing the needs of low-income people. Funding for these programs comes from a broad array of sources.
The funders of each of these programs require client data reporting. The reporting requirements are all slightly different. Clearly, client data collection and reporting is a complicated and time consuming job for each CAA.
