Special Topics Information Technology: Guidance and Tools for CAAs
Increasingly, the revolution in information technology (IT) is presenting new issues for CAAs in Massachusetts and elsewhere. Such issues concern, for instance, how CAAs meet new challenges for fulfilling their mission to eradicate poverty and assist low-income people in attaining economic self-sufficiency.
Along with developing analyses and policy statements, MASSCAP has established an IT Committee that supports CAAs in responding to IT challenges and developments.
