(A network of community technology centers. Its Web site's publications section includes a manual for starting and developing community technology centers, which can be accessed online or purchased in bound form. The section also contains several other useful documents, including a report entitled Impact of CTCNet Affiliates: Findings from a National Survey of Users of Community Technology Centers, 1998. Digital Divide Network
(Hosted by the Benton Foundation, the Digital Divide Network is an invaluable resource for those interested in expanding access to computer technology and to the Internet. The site includes a comprehensive report by the Benton Foundation released in 1998 entitled Losing Ground Bit by Bit: Low-Income Communities in the Information Age. The report includes case studies of programs to widen IT access that have worked in a section entitled: "What's Working?" The site also contains regularly updated news on the "Digital Divide" issue, links to funding and other resources, and an electronic newsletter, The Digital Beat.)

Electronic Networking Group (ENG)
(A nationwide listserv--e-mail correspondence group--for ROMA and other community action issues initiated by the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Monitoring and Assessment Task Force (MATF) of the Office of Community Services, and hosted by the State of Minnesota.)

System for Adult Basic Education Support (SABES)
